AdRestoreMeta Ad Account Recovery
Risk-free account recovery

Meta shut you down. We help get you back online.

We diagnose the restriction, handle the recovery, and work to get your business advertising again, typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Most cases recovered, or your deposit back.

The cost of downtime

Every day down is a rainy day

A disabled account doesn't pause your business, it stops the part of it that was growing. The budget sits frozen and the pipeline empties behind it.

Coming in from ads, every day the account is off

Cold

Retargeting audiences decaying without new traffic

Risk reversal

If we don't get it back, you don't pay.

01

02

We work the case

03

Recovered, or refunded

We work your case exclusively. Using another recovery service at the same time voids the deposit refund.

The initial deposit is fully refundable if we accept your case and are unable to secure reinstatement. Refund terms are set out in the service agreement you receive before any payment is taken.

In their words

Clients we got back online

My ad account was disabled for months and didn't give me an option to appeal it. The team behind AdRestore brought it back in 24 hours.

This service is a literal cheat code for people who run paid traffic on Meta. I'm so glad they recovered my ad account.
MuhammadMuhammad
I was shocked how fast AdRestore got my account back. I thought I was doomed.

These guys saved years and millions of dollars worth of spend. Thank god they were able to get my ad account back.
NatalieNatalie
It's crazy how Meta makes it impossible to get your ad account back after they took it down. These guys are clear, professional, and fast. Keeping them in my back pocket for the foreseeable future.

How it works

Three moves. No magic button.

01

Audit

What Meta actually flagged, not what the email says.

02

Build

Evidence and wording aimed at that specific flag.

FAQ

Fair questions

Can you guarantee my account comes back?

No. Reinstatement is Meta's decision, not ours. What we control is the strength of the case in front of that decision. And if we take yours and don't get it back, your deposit is refunded.

Do you need my Meta login or password?

Never. You keep your logins. Anything inside Business Manager happens with your own hands or through standard partner access you can revoke anytime. Anyone asking for your password is creating your next security flag.

I already appealed and got denied. Is it over?

No. Most self-filed appeals fail because they argue the wrong thing: a generic denial against a specific policy flag. Denied and repeatedly-denied cases are a large share of our work.

Meta never told me why. Can you still help?

Yes. “No reason given” is one of the most common types we see. The audit works out what the system most likely flagged, because an appeal that misses the real trigger is a coin flip.

Can I use another recovery service at the same time?

No. If two parties file on one account, nobody can tell what actually worked, which voids the deposit guarantee, and duplicate or contradictory submissions can get the case rejected outright. While we're on it, we're the only ones on it.

How long does it take?

Most cases we take are resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Harder ones — repeat denials, or no reason ever given — can run longer, and we'll tell you straight which yours looks like on the call rather than guessing at it now.

What does it cost?

The review call is free, no card needed. If we take your case you start with a small refundable deposit, and the balance is only due once you're advertising again.

Is AdRestore part of Meta?

No. AdRestore is independent, with no affiliation to Meta Platforms, Inc. We can't pull internal levers, and neither can anyone claiming otherwise. What we bring is case experience with how Meta's review actually behaves.
